• Question: Can a cat go to space? Do you have a pet

      Yes, cats have been in space. In 1963 the French put a cat in space. Frist they tried to launch one called Felix but it escaped! so they chose another cat called Félicette.

      I don’t have any pets now, I had a goldfish when I was a kid (There have been fish in space as well!)

      And monkeys, and dogs! I think they have also tried breeding animals in the space station to see how lack of gravity affects child birth. I had cats when I was a kid. I hope I can settle down at some point and have pets again- they are good at de-stressing you after a crazy day.

      I’m waiting until they can clone dinosaurs before I choose a pet.
